Beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. My son and his friend passed their test over 3 1/2 months ago and have been told lies and different stories as to why we have not received his certification. I have spent way to much time on the phone trying to get an honest answer to where it is. I would not recommend this company due to the fact that it has become a challenge on trying to get a certification that has already been paid for.

I completed the ANDI Complete Safe Air course (often known as Nitrox) with them in July. They were very helpful in accommodating my request on short notice. The course was good with a lecture component to reinforce ideas learned from the book. The course included several of the important calculations that I wanted to learn, instead of just relying on a precomputed table (which we also learned to use). ANDI pioneered the use of Nitrox in recreational diving. I highly recommend taking this course from them. You also get to know some of the unique features of the ANDI program (different ascent / descent procedures and use of pony tanks) that make their flavor of scuba certification unique.

I was mixed on our experience at first, but Thom was a really great instructor who takes it very seriously. Its nice (and he'll tell you) that they keep cost low with the office and offsite pool but hey thats good for us! So great deal for the price. I have done the PADI stuff all over (Thailand - Caribbean) and I can tell you this is a great course were you will actually learn a lot and feel very safe after.

I recently went to Thom at Deep Blue Scuba to learn how to dive. I had a vacation scheduled and wanted to dive while away. Thom was great. The class was small and Thom is very focused on safety. The day we did the lake dive, I was the only student. Thom knew about my trip and held the class for me so I could be certified! Thom also has very good equipment in his shop. I received several compliments from dive staff in the Caymans on my mask which brings back lost colors at depth. I would recommend Thom and Deep Blue to anyone considering getting certified to dive.
