I just finished my PADI Open Water Certification from Dive World Austin. I had a ton of questions going into this class and I exchanged several e-mail with Ashely. She was always very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I went in for my equipment fitting, I never felt rushed and they staff made sure That everything was perfect before I left. I ended up coming back the following weekend and I purchased an entire scuba package. Jay and Ashley were both very helpful and explained the options I had before me. When I actually started the class I had Scott. He was an amazing instructor and I learned a lot form him. He was patient and made sure everyone was comfortable with the skill before we moved on. I couldn't have asked for a better dive shop to get my fins wet with. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime!!!

We had such a great experience getting our Open Water Dive certification with Scott! He was very friendly, patient, and professional. I was a little nervous about the open water dives and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Thanks to him, I am going diving in a few weeks in Cozumel and I cant wait to come back for my Advanced certifications!

Easiest 5 star review ever. My sister, girlfriend, and I got our scuba certification here before a planned trip to Cozumel to scuba dive. Everyone there (owner and staff)  went above and beyond in terms of service from the moment we were selecting our dive equipment to the last dive of the course. Our Dive Instructor Scott deserves a specific shout out for being such a high quality instructor whose patience and kindness made the entire course straightforward and enjoyable.
