I have been going to Advance Pain Care for awhile now and every time I come in for an appointment the staff are all friendly and Ms. Kimberly is one of the sweetest providers and she really does a great job with taking care of me and listening to the concerns/ needs I have! Dr. Michaud has been wonderful to me and my needs as well. I went to another clinic that was closer to work for a follow up once and I will not go to any other location other than the clinic off of South Mopac.

Dr. Paterno is in a league of his own! I have had 3 failed lower lumbar surgery. The last surgery I had, a spinal fusion procedure from L3-S1 not only failed but caused more lower lumbar pain than I was in pre-op. In addition, I have 3 cervical replacement discs that self-fused. As a result, I suffered brutal, debilitating migraines. You should know that I explored the country to find the Top Surgeons who specialize in both cervical and lower lumbar surgery. I traveled to 4 different states where these surgeons practiced. As I mentioned, all those surgeries failed, leaving me a shell of the athletic man I once was. Refusing to have further surgeries, I decided to seek out a pain specialist as my last, best hope to regain my physical health. Again, I researched to find what I thought was the best pain management physician in my area. I found Dr. Paterno and within 5 months my migraines were gone. Last month I had a Spinal Cord Stimulator implant and while my lower lumbar pain is not completely gone, the pain has lessened by about 80% which has given me a new lease on my life and my family, too! Thank you, Dr. Paterno! And in case you're wondering, I was not asked nor was I compensated to write this review. The fact is, I rarely write such testimonials.
