I am an Austin based real estate investor and was introduced to Louis Drott back in 2011. At that time we wanted to take advantage of the low prices and buy several properties in the Austin area but were having difficulty securing loans for them. We were turned down several times despite our significant assets which was very frustrating as we saw great deals slip by. We met Louis and within six months he had successfully arranged financing for us with excellent terms on several properties in the area. For that we will always be forever grateful. Over the last eight years we have worked with Louis on at least 10 occasions whenever we have purchased properties and needed financing or when we have wanted to do a re-fi to take advantage of better rates and take cash out of our appreciating assets. He is very creative and always seems to find a way to get us good terms and get the financing done.
