Bobby recently helped a buyer of mine navigate a VA loan in this crazy market and successfully got us to closing. As if having a VA loan wasn't complicated enough, there were other circumstances with the transaction that made it look like, at times, that the whole thing would blow up and not happen at all. I met Bobby through another broker, who was adamant about his recommendation and rightfully so. Cloud Financial found a better rate than a few of the big banks that I got rates from. We were first time home buyers and Bobby asked us to trust him and his expertise. He was upfront about the market, answered every question we could think of, and was extremely professional.
