I am both a real estate broker and an investor. I have worked with Pash Amini of Independence Mortgage multiple times. I have found her to be very resourceful in solving problems. If there is a way to get you a loan, Pash will do it. But at the same time she is up-front and honest about a situation. If you can't get a loan then she will tell you why and what you need to do to improve your credit rating. Pash is also pro-active in anticipating problems before they occur. I will continue to use Pash's mortgage services in the future.
