I was not pleased with the caliber of the chicken.
It seemed like the chicken has been sitting around for hours and was old and dry. The two young ladies up front at the counter seemed to not speak English and were not interested in speaking English or being friendly. Poor experience and I will Never go back to this Pollo de Rico.Was NOT worth the $15.00 I spent. A big Rip-Off!!

Horrible customer service . They should be at lease one person in there that speaker English if you serve American people !!!! I order one potato and got charged for two . I called back twice and they keep hanging up on me saying they dont speak English . Im from out of town and all I wanna kno is where is my refund !!!!!!! I would not recommend this place
