Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good. Experience with cashier? Not so much. Recently signed up to the rewards and was excited to finally get enough points for a small guacamole and chips. I assumed that it was a scan a go type deal. Cashier told me my total I noticed that there was no change in my total after I scanned my coupon I informed her I had a coupon and this is where things went down hill. Cashier immediately became noticeably upset/irritated and began to give attitude because she had to redo my order so we could apply the coupon. Its obvious this location has a lot of work to do based on all the negative reviews with the customer service.

Was nice! Wish seat areas were more conveniently set up in all Chipotles, not the number of seats, but the comfort. Who ever is in charge of it, need to learn more about it and get some experience from McDonalds at least.

The food was fresh. I had the steak bowl,w/ cilantro rice and pinto beans,lettuce, cheese,Pico, and guacamole.

I had the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle- or any restaurant for that matter. Let me preface by saying that I have grace for short staffed places, workers doing triple the work with little staff, I understand that. This experience was probably the rudest encounter Ive ever had at any restaurant or customer service business. This employee had very curly dark hair and he seemed young. We used the chipotlane feature, pulled up. The employee opened the window and was incredibly annoyed, my husband started talking and he put a hand up to stop him from talking for a minute (not sure why either), then gestured he could continue to talk. We told him the name on the order, he slammed the window. We even said wow he does not love his job but kind of just laughed it off. I realized that I told my husband it was under my name when in fact I put it under his name. We saw the employee talking to another worker, my husband tried to get his attention by tapping on the window saying we told him the wrong name and we could see our order inside on the shelf. When he opened the window, my husband said the name, the employee threw the bag at my husband, rolled his eyes as my husband said sorry about that and the employee said whatever as he slammed the window shut. On top of that, my order had the wrong meat, no lettuce, had corn and had fajita vegetables (all of these incorrect) even though the sticker on the order had the correct order. Honestly he was so mean, I will never go back. Life is too short to be treated that way. On top of this, i would highly suggest you look at the reviews for this location- my jaw dropped at how bad they were. We love chipotle but no more from us.

I've stopped going to the Lakeline Chipotle because of bad service, so I ordered from this location instead. Well, this place isn't much better AT ALL. I pick up my order at the drive up window. I was supposed to get two drinks to go with my two kids meals. The guy at the window doesn't ask me what drinks I want (there was no option to pre select your soda choices online). I ask for the sodas then he says, well what does your receipt on the bag say? He takes the bag back and looks at the slip..."see? It doesn't say you get a soda." So I ask if he can just get them for me, because the meals do come with sodas and the machines were right behind him. This is the answer I get..."no, you get what's on your receipt. You didn't order a soda and you can't order a soda from this window." Then CLOSES THE WINDOW. It was my son's birthday and I was in no mood to fight so I just leave. I get home, we unpack the bags and lo and behold...the kids' cheese quesadillas DO. NOT. HAVE. CHEESE. So basically, they gave me toasted flour tortillas. I gave the Lakeline location many chances before I vowed never to return. For this location, this is the first and the last chance. No thank you. Chipotle...get your act together. Your food is not worth the aggravation.
