Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had an order delivered and it was missing $10 large guacamole. Reporting the missing item can only happen in their automated system. They sent a coupon for a free guacamole on a future order, which is half the value of what they didnt ship. Impossible to get to a real person on their automated system. Disreputable corporate behavior is ruining a good fast eat spot.

It's Chipotle. We all know what to expect, and this location is not always producing what's expected. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's weaksauce. It's been pretty hit or miss the last month or two.

I ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole. Please note that I had to pay extra for the guac as always. First bite I find a stem from an avocado in the guac. Fair enough I understand third bite a second stem in the guac. Ok I get a little annoyed keep on eating but Halfway through the burrito I take the last bite I am ever going to have at chipotle. I am not even kidding when I bit into two more avocado stems. Im not sure why its so hard to remove the stems. Ive worked numerous jobs behind the line and have cut avocados its not that hard to dispose of the stems!

The food was mediocre and the staff was rude. I let them know the ice machine bwas out and the young lady and the register insisted I didn't know what I was doing. Rude and disrespectful.

The new chicken option is great! Instead of just the yummy grilled flavor of the original, this is made with jalapenos, onion, and cilantro. I highly recommend you try it!
