Jimmy was the best part of the home buying process! He texted me to offer a personalized walk-through of the home. He prioritized safety, but also provided insight into features that could be useful in helping go forward with the purchase of the home. He went above and beyond, by utilizing technology that displayed how “off” our foundation was and also performed a thermal reading that showed anomalies in the home. Jimmy is an ethical person and believes that he works for a company that prioritized ethics first, The most value I’ve received in the home buying process is working with Jimmy and House Check!

My husband and I are 100% happy and thankful that we found HouseCheck while we were shopping around for a third party inspector for our new build. Other comparable reputable inspectors were charging $100-200 more, so we just went with the most cost-effective option - and we are thankful we did! They say "you get what you pay for," and based on our experience, we paid for a quality, 45-page inspection report that caught all findings from minor to major. Our builder happily received the report and reviewed each page prior to our final walk-through. We showed the report to a family member with past experience with inspections, and he attested that the report was very detailed and thorough. In addition, our inspector, Jimmy, was just wonderful! Professional, courteous, knowledgable, great communicator, patient and kind. Couldn't ask for more! Knowing we were new homeowners, he took his time showing/ demonstrating/ explaining all findings so that we can be prepared to follow up on repairs with our builder. He also included our Realtor in the communication so that we'd all be on the same page.
