David did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was right on time for the appointment, and was thorough and professional. Answered all my questions as we went through the house.
The report was great - photos to support every comment and very detailed.

David was extremely professional and considerate. During the inspection he went over each step explained the importance and answered any questions I had along the way.
Very detail oriented and honest with regards to the inspection and the report.

David is a really genuine guy. He recently performed an inspection for a property that I was buying, and I could not be happier with the information that he provided. He checked out every single feature within the house in painstaking detail, and took the time to explain every feature, and answer each and every question that I had. After the inspection, he sent me a very detailed report with all the issues listed clearly.
He is also a very nice and friendly person. He is the first inspector to call if you need a home inspection to be performed.
