I called Green Austin Energy Audits after hours, expecting to leave a voicemail and get a call back the next day. To my surprise, I was able to speak with Jason! Jason gave me really great information, was patient and talked through our unique situation with our new-build home. He was able to point me in the right direction of next steps. I’m very happy I chose to call this evening and look forward to hopefully working with him in the future.

I am so glad I was referred to Jason at GAEA. They were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. We needed to run a pressure/leak test for a new duct installation. Jason and Trace were able to get it done quickly, and told us EXACTLY what we needed to fix to pass, down to every tiny detail. They are very knowledgeable and can explain every step of the process. Jason was amazing. I called to get some guidance with the rebates Austin Energy provides and he was very helpful. He even directed me to a program that would fit my needs and save me money. On top of that, he would not make any money from that suggestion he gave me. This tells you how much he cares about his customers. You go Jason!
