Mat's inspection services were invaluable to us during our home building process. We lived out of state while our house was being built and Mat was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process and consistently found things the builders needed to address. We don't even want to imagine the issues we would stumble upon months and years down the line had we not had Mat checking on everything for us and keeping the builders on their toes! Amazing inspector. Very thorough with everything he does. Checked every possible place in our home to ensure everything was perfect! Gave us a detailed report to give to the builders the same day as the inspection! Overall an amazing experience and well worth the money!

The service from Black Bear Inspections was phenomenal. He helped me out of a tricky situation on an extremely tight deadline, and the price was more than fair. During the actual inspection he was kind and friendly, but still very thorough. If I wasn't moving to another state, he'd be the only inspector I ever used!

Black Bear inspections did a great job in the inspection that we had on our property! Matt also came to our house after hours so walk me through the inspection and it was super helpful to have the ability to walk through the work that he did to get a better understanding on how he completed the work. Again stellar service and a great guy!
