Chris was very thorough and meticulous. He found a few things, fortunately not a lot, that made every penny spent on the inspection of my new house worth it. In my opinion, this is a no brainer. Come the time to check your house before the initial guarantee from your builder expires, you have to get a second opinion from an experienced professional. Chris spent a good amount of time, doing an excellent job at a reasonable price. You won't go wrong hiring him!
