Hardy Boys conducted a very thorough home inspection for us this week. Johnny was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his findings in person after he completed the inspection and answered all of my questions. He also provided a clear, detailed report complete with pictures of the defects, which will allow me to keep track and address the issues he identified. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided and highly recommend them.

Eric and partners at Hardy Boys Inspection Services are simply outstanding! Eric did inspections for us at multiple homes (ours and our son's). He is very professional, experienced and very detail oriented. He had caught for us issues that could had been very costly to repair. He agreed to reinspect to certify correction of the issue by seller. Despite being super busy all inspections and re-inspections were extremely timely and detailed. His reports are clear, thorough, easy to read and delivered right away. Hardy Boys Team communicates extremely well with their customers, even when in vacation or busy working. I would and I will hire Hardy Boys Inspection Services for any future inspection needed. It is more than worth the reasonable fees they charge! I strongly recommending using Hardy Boys for your next inspection. Eric and Amy were thorough, responsive, and just great people. They worked around our toddler and dog which is no easy task. If I ever need another inspection in the Austin area, I am definitely using them.
