I am really impressed with Hancock Consulting and Inspections. Both Lisa and Wade were really helpful and professional. We were trying to find an inspector during this busy period of time and Lisa contacted me in the last minute to help us out in a short notice. Wade came out to do the inspection. He was very thorough and gave a lot of care, going above and beyond, in providing his inspection while going through the details with me. The report was great and was of definite high quality. I'd definitely use their service again and highly recommend them for inspections. Service: New-build inspections

Used these guys for my home purchase inspection - they were extremely thorough and professional. very nice and easy to work with as well. reports came back with full color pictures and great descriptions of what needed attention. very knowledgable inspector.

Wade did an excellent job with the inspection at my house, he’s thorough and explains everything when going through the report, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain in detail when I needed more info.
