I applied for auto loan since the rates were showing low when compared to other lenders. When I spoke to them they said the low rate is only for 12 month term.This is not good to attract credit applications by showing rates which no one will get.

I worked with Daniel Duprey on getting a auto loan and I just wanted to say it was a painless process. UHCU gave me the best rate in town and the amount I wanted. Worked with Daniel the whole time and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The dealership didn't accept a Bank draft so Daniel was able to get me a check in one day. The whole process was done online and the only time I stepped into a bank was to pick up the check. Def recommend working with Daniel. They also have the best price in GAP, 10yr 100,000 miles warranty, and I also added the 5 year Tire, Wheel, Windshield protection plan. I have 5 years of not worrying about spending money out of pocket for my vehicle. Def recommend!

DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN THROUGH THIS CREDIR UNION!! They are a headache to deal with and they make it very difficult to make payments. You either have to set up Autopay or call over the phone and talk to a computer that does not remember your information so it takes 15 minutes to make a payment over the phone. Also, DO NOT PURCHASE their Gap warranty through these people either. Most banks and credit unions will refund you when you purchase gap insurance and do not use it during the loan, but at UHCU you only get 60 days from the day your loan starts to cancel Gap because they say its fully earned and non-refundable complete waste of $400
