I was assisted my Millie this morning since the start, she was extremely rude and did not want to sell me a phone when I would think she would want to make a sell. she was trying to rush me with my questions shell say one thing then another, if you dont know about the company your working for you at the wrong place unless she was just lying to get me out the door. definitely not coming back!

My visit to this store was very brief. I was helped by a young man with dreads or twists. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He went above & beyond getting me information I needed to return a previous phone (by mail).

This was the most pointless trip ever. Every reply is, youll have to call customer service to confirm that might as well be a self service center theres just bodies in here do better T-Mobile

WORST customer service! The staff seemed to look down on us. I had a good experience at another location so I chose T-mobile again for my new phone but I was really disappointed.

The T-Mobile Agents at this store are Experts....Aaron has been of Excellent service to me for the past 1.5 yrs & counting....he is simply phenomenal....I always want to have the knowledge base to understand the product(s) that I purchase or desire...He is bar none extremely knowledgeable & helpful to give you the best customer service for your particular needs. Thanks Aaron! You deserve a huge increase in pay & or bonus & my prayer is that something rewarding is granted to you... your knowledge base with T-Mobile far exceeded my expectations! I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 yrs & counting. As I stated, the agents are all great at this location! Aaron is exceptional so thanks for showing us that you care! I won't change from T-Mobile because of my royal treatment here at this location! Thanks again!
