Friendly, and helpful staff. Clean community. Willing to work with you on issues that are, or will be issues. Great location. Unfortunately, there are noise issues. Office staff will not talk to you about issues they run into their office and say they will call the police. Stairs are not securely bolted in multiple complexes and there is mold in apts
The problem isn't emailing the office management office they are the problem I walked down my stairs with nails and screws all over my stair case my dog got stabbed by a nail. These people don't care. Nor respond to emails ina timely manner

My experience has been awesome no complaints whatsoever everything's nearby I grew up in the area I love it here. The location of the apartments are close enough to go north or south east or west on any main highway and will take you anywhere in the country. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I absolutely love it here. Montecito is the first apartment I've ever lived that I was happy to sign a new lease. The maintenance team is very nice and speedy. My apartment is very spacious for a very good price. It's very quiet here and I feel so safe. I love that it's gated but only closes at night so I don't have to constantly fool with it. Sometimes it's a bit hard to get the office to answer the phone but whenever I go up there they are always very friendly. Honestly if that's my biggest complaint that's a win. Every other apartment I've ever lived in has been an absolute nightmare. Thanks Montecito! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
