For the most part this complex is nice and staff is friendly but not being able to use the clubhouse after the office staff is gone is a really big con. Its the first apartment complex that Ive lived that doesnt allow residents to use a community space until 10 pm. The package room is also a mess, all the time. And not to mention if youre at the gym when the office is closed and need to use the water fountain or bathroom, you get locked out of the gym even with a fob and the outdoor bathrooms were locked. Kinda disappointing considering we pay to use those amenities and theyre not available basically if you have a regular job. I asked about it and staff told me theyd bring up to someone and have heard nothing. Its been 3 months.

Just moved into The Prescott two weeks ago, and I have been nothing but impressed with everything about it. Armani and the team here truly goes above and beyond. They've made me feel not just like a resident, but like a valued member of the community. I am extremely happy with my experience so far and I am super pleased with my decision to lease here.

We have had nothing but issues since moving in here. Broken appliances that took weeks to fix, cheap walls and flooring so you can hear every stomp and bang the neighbors make. Biggest issue is the fact that they moved us into a hearing disabled apartment (despite having no issues with hearing), which cause white strobe lights to flash every time the fire alarm goes off (which it does every time food is cooked, as the fire alarms are conveniently placed 5 steps away from the stove). If youre looking for a luxury place to live, this is not it.

Ive been at the Prescott for a month and living here is comical at this point. This is my first ever Google review. First, I wasnt able to get a hold of a human the entire week leading up to my move in date. Then, my unit wasnt ready when I arrived with movers. I chalked it up to the property only being open for a year and they werent used to turnovers/make ready. Not the end of the world. Since then Ive had numerous work orders that have been started and then nobody comes back to complete them. The last being without hot water in my shower. After 5 days and numerous calls and e-mails to the office with no resolve I was able to physically chase down a maintenance man on a golf cart to get the job done. Shoutout to Mario! The hallways and stairwells are gross. Bottles, glass, dog hair, dog feces etc. I finally took matters into my own hands and cleaned up the party in the stairwell. At this point I found it necessary to speak with the property manager. Ive been told by 4 staff members that she would contact me. I also emailed her directly. Its been 14 days and Gina has yet to reach out. Im starting to think shes make-believe. Lastly, its clear that the contractors forgot to add insulation between floors. I was convinced Chewbacca lived above me. Nope just a normal sized single dude. I hear and FEEL every step this man makes. I know 2 months free sounds like a great deal in this new luxury apartment. I also read the reviews prior to making a decision. I know now that a chunk of them are from the staff and a few apartment locators. Dont believe the hype.

Alarming Security Concerns and Neglect at The Prescott Apartments. Our tenure at The Prescott Apartments has been marked by a distressing array of security issues, leaving us profoundly dissatisfied with our living experience. First and foremost, our entrance door has been left unrepaired for nearly three months, and the use of a "general" access code poses a significant security risk. This concern became painfully evident when our storage unit, situated just across the hall, was burglarized. The lack of urgency and proper response from the property management when reporting the theft was both disheartening and unacceptable. Instead of addressing the security lapse, we were directed to call 311, displaying a shocking level of indifference. The presence of police on the property has become a distressingly regular occurrence, indicative of the escalating security issues within the premises. This not only raises questions about the safety of the community but also underscores the need for proactive measures to address and prevent criminal activities. In addition to these security concerns, the overall neglect of cleanliness in common areas, including staircases covered in dog hair, contributes to an environment that is both unsightly and unwelcoming. Trimming dog hair on the stairs and leaving it all behind making it nearly impossible to see the stars. The lack of attention to these matters not only compromises the aesthetics of the property but also reflects a broader disregard for the well-being and safety of the residents. In light of these significant security lapses and the apparent neglect by the management, we strongly advise prospective residents to reconsider choosing The Prescott Apartments as their place of residence. Our hope is that these issues are promptly and effectively addressed to ensure a safer and more secure living environment for all residents. While the location and newness of the apartments may initially attract interest, the ongoing issues with security and neglectful management must be carefully considered before making a decision to reside in this community.
