Sarah has been great! Incredibly helpful, communicative, and prompt. My place wont be ready for a few months, but Im already so excited to move in and to continue receiving this high level of service throughout my time at The Martingale. Good times ahead!

I couldnt be more thrilled to move into the Martingale! Sarah Escobar has been my best advocate in helping me through the application process and working with me to get approved. I am super excited for my first place to call my own :) thank you for the amazing help! So glad Ill have great people like Sarah in the leasing office!

My experience has been nothing short of seamless! Sarah Escobar has gone above and beyond to address every question, comment, and concern that Ive had since starting the pre-leasing process. Im so thankful to have been able to have her guide me through the process, and I simply cannot wait to see my unit!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

My boyfriend and I were very excited to move into the Martingale. Due to it being a new build, the pricing fit within our budget perfectly and we were very interested in the property. Our lease isnt up until September and management even explicitly told us that no one else had expressed interest in our chosen floor plan yet. Because of this, we were in no rush to apply or sign our lease, yet management still felt the need to bombard me with phone calls and emails pressuring us to sign. After finally giving into the pressure, we got approved and signed our lease. Even after signing, I was still getting calls from management reminding me to sign the lease. After multiple missed phone calls due to me being busy at work, I finally connected with Ruby and after telling her we did in fact sign. She checked the system and was able to see that they were waiting on approval from the property manager, not us. Within days of signing our lease, I get an email on a Friday at 6:15 PM (something that seems to be common when Martingale staff is sharing bad news, confirmed by other residents) that they are experiencing delays and our unit will not be ready until a month and a half later than we originally signed for. Not great news, but understandable. Youd think theyd want to do everything in their power to work something out for us right? They offered no accommodations other than moving us to a unit in the 1st building (which wed have to pay $200 more for and start paying for a month before our current lease is up), be homeless for a month and a half, or cancel our application (not lease, because they never ended up approving it! Convenient for them right?). When I asked if there was anything else they could work out for us (over email about 10 minutes after receiving the bad news), I get a rude email from Sarah the next day that opens with Ruby is off today. The email then followed with no helpful information. I asked if we could at least get our $200 worth of admin and application fees refunded since the situation is out of our control, and was simply told no. So if youre looking for an apartment complex where management isnt a mess and wont steal your money, look somewhere else!
