The Patten West Apartments

We just signed our lease again thanks to Janel! This place needed some work when we initially moved in but new management has turned it around. We appreciate all of the care and hard work going into making this place great! A HUGE thank you to Janel, she's been amazing!!!

I'm so impressed with the staff , they have bent over backwards to help me during this process.. Janel is so Awesome!! Kim is a sweetheart.. The maintenance is nice as well.. Thank You!!!!!!!

Since my arrival at this apartment, I've endured significant STRESS. However, with the arrival of new management, particularly Ms. Janel Patterson, everything changed. She swiftly and effectively addressed all my concerns. I was considering finding a way out of my lease, but Ms. Patterson's warm attitude and dedication to both the apartment and its residents made me feel like part of a family. Thanks to her, I am now satisfied with my living situation and proud to call Patten West my home!

5 stars to management. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I believe this is the 3rd or 4th management group we have had. The others were absolutely terrible but this group cares about the residents and do anything they can to improve the experience here. The apartments themselves vary drastically from unit to unit and the area is not ideal but you pay for what you get so its expected. I see this complex only improving under the manager Janel.

Living here around a year and it has been the best apartment weve ever rented! Couldnt be happier with the location and the staff! The property manager Janel has taken care of any questions or concerns we might have had immediately. The maintenance team is outstanding as well always on time and quick with services!
