I really like the location and the area seems to have a lot near by. Glad I was able to find something fast since other apartment complexes are full.

I have a signed lease for a unit I cannot even move into due to an apparent “roach infestation” (according to the sales office). I was supposed to get keys last weekend, but due to the issue, they pushed it back to today. Found out yesterday (yes, 24 hrs before I’m set to move, or rather, technically a week and 24 hrs *after* I was supposed to initially move) that the apartment is completely “uninhabitable”, and won’t be available at all. There has been zero attempt to reconcile this situation at all. Staff has been less than helpful, condescending, and could completely care less that I am now essentially without a place to live, unless I hand over more money for a unit that’s actually available, even though, of course, they’re all a lot more expensive than the unit I have a literal lease signed for. Hoping for a resolution here.

Would recommend this place. Convenient towards downtown without having to pay downtown prices.
