        As someone who has been in college for the past 4 years my experience with apartments have fluctuated which has caused an abundant amount of mistrust in apartment management. When I first moved into Crossroads at Arlington it was scary due to management being unorganized and rude but THIS NEW TEAM THEY HAVE IS EXTRAORDINARY. They are personable, compassionate and ABOUT THEY BUSINESS. The new manager (Aaron) is both professional and punctual when it comes to making the residents feel at home. His communication skills are beyond helpful! I needed assistance with a last minute problem that affected my apartment and he was more than helpful to assist and find SOLUTIONS to my problems. As a resident, it's such a SAFE feeling knowing that the team that is there to serve you actually CARES about serving you. I almost forget that this is their job simply because this is their character. If you are looking for an apartment complex in Arlington, Tx then I vouch for Crossroads At Arlington. Clean living; great management; safe environment. Doesn't get better than this!
