The maintenance men are straight garbage, especially the bigger one. I walk in from work at 4:30 and my house downstairs had flooded, I go to the office and the property manager calls the maintenance guys over. The smaller guy was super helpful but here goes the bigger guy about 30mins later come down and say lets go I called the carpenters and there will be here 40-45mins. Here it is 6:07 and no one has showed up He didnt say well let me get you some fans or anything. He didnt get his butt off the golf cart or anything to see if there was anything he could help with. Im very upset and I do thank the other guy for at least trying to help get the water up. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone if you want sorry maintenance!!!!!

When I came to Parkland Pointe Apartments, I was really taken a chance, just to see if I could get an apartment, because I was really set on going for a house, but the kids were like mom were tired of looking around, so lets just see what they say. So I went in and the first person I seen was, Mrs. Deshann, I really had spoken with, Mrs. Roxanne on the phone, but I wasnt interested at the time. But the thing is, Mrs. Roxanne remembered me and I thought that, that was the most beautiful thing in the world, that she remembered my name. And if I tell you that her and Mrs. Deshann got me and the kiddos up in their and took really good care of us, that just goes to show you that, there are still some great people in this world today! I love them both, keep up the great job guys! The kids were laughing at Mrs. Deshann, they said that she doesnt play. She gave them some candy. Thanks ! May God continue to bless you guys! My shouts goes out to the maintenance guys, Mr. Kenneth and Mr. Mike, those guys sure knows how to come quick to get a work order done and Im taking about really doing their best. Those guys really needs to be recognized.
