        I recently completed a leading agreement with the help of Victoria Seggelink. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience and about the care I was given by Victoria. I am moving from Oregon and Victoria has made the completion of this step very easy. I look forward to my time at Vail Cliffside. If it's anything like the customer service experience I have received, it will be a super place to live!

        Review for Google: If youre looking for a place to call home, this is it. Customer service is top notch, between the leasing office staff & the maintenance crew. I personally worked with Victoria and Ethan. They were both so awesome and helped make the move in so smooth during a stressful time. Ethan was extremely patient with my millions of questions. Ive talked to several other residents prior to the move in and upon moving in, they all had nothing but great things to say about this complex. Ive lived here for several weeks now and I love it here!!

        My mom just moved into these apartments & it has been an awesome experience. Great people here, from the office staff to the maintenance team. They have all been SO kind and SO helpful. Its a beautiful community as well. 10/10 recommend this complex! Victoria & Ethan have been amazing, they were both extremely patient, helpful & friendly. They treat you like family here.

        I have lived in a few different cities and communities, and by far, I confidently say that my experience with the staff here has been A1. I officially moved in at the end of February, and even before I applied, Victoria has been my go to person, very responsive and communicates effectively, with updates every step of the way.

        When I went to the complex for a tour Victoria was so much help! She gave a such a friendly greeting, gave a lot of useful information, and answered all of my questions. During my application process her communication was great, which really helped make everything go by a lot easier! Having friendly faces in management/ leasing definitely helped with my decision in choosing this apartment.
