    This place feels like home. Im really happy about the way they have improved the place. Its clean and the people running it are very friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and I couldnt say that about the other apartments Ive stayed at. Keep up the good work!

    Apartments are over painted, they just throw a new coat of paint on and call it good, something is always going wrong, and the maintenance group never fixed any of the issues they were brought in to fix.

    My Partner Moved into this place in July 23. First off the apartment doesnt even match the floor plan shown for studios its basically missing a wall where the bedroom is. You can tell there was a rush job as the paint in the bathroom has splotches all over the cabinets and walls/ceiling. Shortly after moving in the Bathroom Tub clogged and wouldnt drain, the sink broke and started leaking in the cabinet, the towel rack fell off the wall, the cabinet door in the bathroom fell off the wall. Then the A/C Broke no one came out to fix anything until October. He lived in this apartment for 3 months without a useable bathroom having to go other places to shower. They refused to give any kind of compensation or refund in anyway knowing they allowed a tenant to move into an apartment that they wouldnt show him first but assured him everything was up to standard. Complete Lie. I had to go talk to them several times and even had someone tell me they would follow up only for them to never show up or call. The previous building manager said she would talk to the company and see about a compensation then ended up leaving and not doing anything. Im not someone that leaves reviews but I figure they cant ignore it anymore if its in their face telling them how atrocious this complex is and how horrible the experience is. Last but not least the Internet situation.. the internet is a universal site wide installation so everyone shares the same base internet and there is no way to call to get it fixed when it goes down or out because the company itself controls it. There is no individual passwords or routers to have your own internet and the connections/routers being used look like CRTV Tube age routers off white/burnt yellow.. by the way that too fell out of the wall. Final Note: To this day there are still some broken things in the apartment and some stuff is still breaking. Please, Please whatever you do, DO NOT rent here its not worth it you can get far better for the money you pay. This place and the management are terrible . EDIT: 3/12/24 - Had him place a work order to get some of the still broken things in the apartment fixed and there has been no response for about 2-3 weeks. This place has had 3 managers in less than a year. Was hoping the new management would be better but its still the same old story.

    I've been a waiter for 14 years and a bartender for 5. I know the difference between good and bad service. My waitress greeted me 5 or 10 minutes after we sat down, which was okay. After bringing our drinks it was almost a whole hour before she came back. We had to flag her down twice. The 3rd time we flagged her I mentioned that she was ignoring our table. I said I tip well, but I demand service in return. Because I've been in the service industry so long, I was immediately ready to forgive and forget, but she was offended and her reaction was unacceptable. Not only did she ask the bartender to request for me to leave (he actually threatened to call the police) she also went to her other tables and complained - trying to get sympathy. I've taken may people there before, but they definitely lost a customer today.
