St. Andrews at River Park Apartments

Living here going on 2 years in August LOVE everything about my apartment. Everyone is to themselves, management and maintenance are on top of things anytime I need a work order done. Great communication. Only problem I have is I have a 5 year old and 1 year old twins neighbor complains about everything instead of asking me whats going on or trying to understand my situation as a SAHM of 3. They are quick to write you a lease violation. I dont think that is right simply because I have children. Rent is always paid on time and over all we are great tenants. But overall I will definitely be here for a while thank you St.Andrews for making us feel safe and welcomed

Terrible place to live! Terrible management also. I have never experienced the treatment that we did here! I would never recommend someone living here!

My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving to Texas and needed to hit to the ground running in finding a suitable place. Especially one that would allow our dog. This is it! The management team was super accommodating of our quick turnaround time, they were communicative and patient for any and all questions we had. Tyler, Rebecca, and Alondra, thank you for all of you have done to make this a smooth process for us. Although we are new tenants, I am pleased with the great experience we have endured thus far.
