Bad Place to live,since it is hard for them to fix any issues effectively and promptly. Putting at risk health of people who live there.

I would not live here.. the fact I lived here 4 years and tried to put up with this. Says a lot. I have been dealing with this crap for 4 years. The whole in the closet they wouldn't fix, it molded around it and on the floor, they wouldn't fix my dishwasher and when I confronted the manager about it she decided to tell my husband. "I don't know why she was so mean, it's no big deal". When I told her about the mold in our bathroom they did nothing, our bedroom door wouldn't close right and it broke. My shower wouldn't drain I had to fix it my self. Our bathroom toilet was leaking and as you can see they "fixed" it by putting a board behind it. We had rats, they told us to take care of it ourselves, we fixed the holes in the wall in the closet, I can keep going. Once I had enough and called out the manager, and we decided f this we moving, the manager decided to burn our names everywhere we went by telling other managers we were bad tenants. I highly recommend NOT coming here. Unless you want to deal with all this with a manager who gives 0 f what you going through in your apartment. I have a neighbor below us who also had enough and she was only here a year. I dealt with this for 4 years.. Marisol get a grip and get your head out your behind and start caring for your tenants..

I lived for a year in a 1-bedroom and it was very good. I decided to apply for one of 2 and they charged me a deposit... they charged me a deposit again and after 2 months the floor was raised 11 months ago, I notified them and they only added the ball, the rotten air filters. The grilles in the A/C rooms were just as rotten, so I had to change them. The bathroom exhaust fan never worked, it just makes excessive noise, the dishwasher grinder never worked either. The first rain I had there, the roof came down... and they just patched it without giving it a touch of paint... I always paid an extra 100 dollars a month for parking for 2 extra cars and they never wanted to give me the sticker to put it in the garage... They charged charges without giving me receipts or explanations and they told me the notices that if I didn't pay they would evict me (threatening) so there were 200 one month and last month 70... it has been the worst experience... Berenice is a despotic, rude and abusive person, thank you God, my contract is about to expire... but I don't recommend it. I also recommended several people and 2 currently live there and they never gave me my bonus (they steal the commissions). They already ran to Leslie.. now they just need to run to the other one. . I understood that sometimes cheap is expensive They take advantage of Latinos and those who do not have papers rent you and give you the apartment easily, but then they invent charges and threaten you that if you do not pay they will evict you because they will not receive the rent until you pay what they say..
