One of the house keepers. Went into my room when she noticed we were in the pool with out kids swimming, after she asked the front desk. If we were checking out at 9am. I went into the room
My room door was open and money was missing out of my purse. The staff said this Happens all of the time. The manager was indenial. After I told him I didnt want the money back. I was just trying to show him moving forward how to address these situations. After we watched the cameras and saw proof. The house keeper kept entering the room at lease 2-3 times.
While, I was at the pool area. Just keep your belongings close by.

Dont even waste your money these people are money hungry the boss lady will do anything she can to keep your money had problems the first 5 mins of being there got a call saying we had 4 people in the room there was only two later that night she called saying we were smoking marihuanna in the room never even lit a lighter in there the next day we went down to the front desk they told us we had to pay another dog fee when we already paid it the 3rd day we woke up they called our phone over 20 times telling us that we had to bring a $100 dollar deposit or we had to leave so we brung it in cash the next morning was check out time we went to check out and we did my boyfriend went to get our deposit and they then said we had smoked in the room and they found ashes well we never once did I knew once we gave them our $100 something was telling me that I wasnt going to get it back the rooms were nice no breakfast either the pool was not heated like said the only nice employee was the lady Kim everyone else is rude and stuck up overall worst hotel experience ever
