We discovered bedbugs in the morning during our stay. Was told MGMT would contact us but never did.

Don't stay here if you want a pool or hot tub they are down. When told I was only staying for that reason front desk said you didn't call first. I should not have to call every hotel to know if they have a working pool and hot tub. Would never stay again.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Ac smells like mildew/mold/rats. HUGE mirrors on the walls that makes it feel like someone is watching you. Shower was nasty. Everything is very old. Hard beds. Small pillows. May I continue? Definitely not worth the price.

We checked in at 3 am and the room was dirty the bathroom sink was falling off the wall shower was nasty there was pee stains on the rim of the toilet I called front desk always got busy signal no coffee in the room. Morning went down to get some coffee nothing so I got a cup of juice and front desk rudely informed me that breakfast was over I offered to pay for the juice she rolled her eyes. At 10 they started bugging if I was checking out or not! Plan rude staff and nasty rooms falling apart! And forget about customer service number they are zero help!! Its actually better to sleep in your car!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. So pls dont be fooled by the pictures on the website those have to be of another hotel NOT THIS ONE!
