        Staff very friendly and helpful, room really nice and clean. I stay in Days Inn when Im traveling hard and fast When Im on a luxury vacation, I stay somewhere else Cant ask for better than friendly and clean! Probably the nicest Days Inn Ive been to. Great job!

        We stopped here for 1 night. we enjoyed our stay here, the young gentleman that checked us in was fast and very polite. The property itself is very clean which is a HUGE PLUS! It was on and off I-40, it was easy to find. The property is well managed! Would definitely stay again!

        Room was clean location great but service was horrible. Key card deactivated constantly and having to go get them reactivated almost daily. Stay ended up being longer than expected so on the day of arrival I was charged for original stay and then my card on file was charged or ran once if not twice a day I ended up using a different card a couple days and even paid cash for a few days. I am getting it straightened out with bank but the bad thing is I wasn't the only one that was being overcharged and locked out of room I know for sure there was at least one other for sure but almost positive there was way more than that because next day parking lot empty., such a disappointment I even have reward membership and was still billed at lower rate for room but by the end it cost the same as original price....

      Hello Andee, I'm very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your stay. Regarding the key issues, it was because you were extending day by day during your stay so that key was only made for 1 night, and the keys automatically deactivate after checkout time. There were no double charges made to your acount, as you were paying cash we took a $100 cash deposit. And even though several different cards were presented during your stay, we only charged the card you instructed us each day for that night's stay. We had several complaints about the drunken behavior exhibited by you & your partner during the almost 2 week stay, both in your rooms & in the public area. Despite the behavior we did try to do our best to provide exceptional customer service for you both. Our front desk agents that checked you in actually were spoken to as we normally do not rent to locals due to all of the problems we encountered with you during your stay. The front desk vouched for you and took personal responsibility for you and the room damages incurred. We wish you both the best in your future travels. ~Andria Keelin, General Manager
