Dont ever rent a mgr special! I reserved the mgr special and got a focus, it was new but tiny. The place I got it from In the NC airport wouldnt let me change the car and wasnt very pleasant, so I had a very tight fit as Im not a small guy, but the return of the car in Tullahoma was fast, easy, and friendly.

I needed a vehicle and Vicky was super friendly and accommodating. She and the manager made me feel welcome when I was so far away from home... I live in NY state. They even gave me a free upgrade!

I love Vicky and she always gives the best service. She is very attentive and helps you with literally anything you ask her or at least tries to. Shes a really wonderful worker and made my process there a breeze!
