        Tried to rent a car two different times and they already charged me for it and then they said my credit score isn't high enough to rent a car. I don't recommend anyone going here. Screw Hertz

        I now understand the name Hertz...Doing business with this place is painful. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. From the moment the "manager" Shawn came out from the back (looking like he just woke up. Messed hair and bad attitude), I felt as though my presence was a problem. Needless to say, after 10 minutes of rudeness I went somewhere else.
