Hertz Car Rental - Lebanon - West Main Street HLE

Do NOT use this company! Spend the extra money and go to Enterprise. We had a reservation and even paid more for someone to be at the lebanon location on a Saturday and no one showed up. There was a line of people waiting due to having a reservation and still no one showed. Hertz customer service rep said the closest they could send us would be Nashville and even then, we would have to speak to the manager at that location to see if they had a vehicle for us.. could not confirm before driving out there.We called Enterprise THE SAME DAY and got a rental that morning. GO TO ENTERPRISE!!!

From the time my momma and I walked in the door the one man was rude and was rude till the time we left! I would not recommend no one to this location! Rude!! Rude!!

First off we stood in in the office waiting on Sean to get there for about 30 minutes. He was stuck in a drive thru getting food. He can in and greeted my husband and I with an attitude. He proceeded to tell us that he doesnt see our reservation and that they couldnt help us. He was very aggressive and not welcoming or polite at all. He was very short and didnt try to assist in any way. I will never go back to this location ever again.

The person that works there hates his job and does not provide any value to the company he represents or to the customers he supposed to be serving.
