        Yoga Shala Nashville is a sanctuary where students of ashtanga yoga can dive deep in to their yoga practice and reap many personal growth benefits yoga offers. Cory is a knowledgable teacher, a guide, and I am so grateful for him. My practice is evolving well in this space and in the ashtanga community here!
