My favorite place to breathe. The space soon as you walk in feels like home!!!! Its more than a studio.. it is a community space !

Yoga Muttz is such a welcoming space in the yoga community! Alex is encouraging and so good at guiding all levels through class. Would highly recommend!

Alex is an amazing yoga instructor and teacher. You immediately feel welcomed when you take a class with Yoga Muttz Movement. If you are looking for a yoga studio in the Nashville area, this is the one! During the yoga class Alex and her team works you through amazing flows and provides accommodations for all levels. I love that theres so many different opportunities to do yoga. From yoga in the park, yoga on the rooftop, and yoga in the studio, she has something for everyone! Its the best yoga workout in Nashville! I highly recommend trying out Yoga Muttz Movement.
