        Kind and welcoming community, clean studio/spaces, and knowledgable teachers. Everything one could want in a Bikram studio. Whether it is your first class or you've been practicing regularly for years. You will learn, grow, and strengthen yourself. The owner Emily is extraordinary.

        Hot Yoga Nashville is a healing, inclusive and beautiful space. Emily, the owner, is so welcoming and meets each student where they are at in their yoga journey. She truly cares and wants her students to heal and feel better. The teachers are all amazing. Every time I go, I feel inspired and restored. The location is super convenient and theres a parking lot being the building so parking isnt an issue. I would recommend Hot Yoga Nashville to everyone!
