Would rate zero stars if possible. Missed work for appointment to have machine and mask fitted only to find out they needed to reschedule. This was twenty minutes after my appointment. Thanks a lot. Losers.

I called and set our account on a monthly payment plan to come out of our checking account. I received 1-2 bills in the mail after stating that our payments were late. I thought the mail and electronic systems crossed and one was behind. Then I received a FINAL DEMAND notice. I have email statements showing payment has been made for over 2 months automatically/electronic withdrawals. I called and 3 times in 1 hour and all I get is voice mail and instructions to leave a message and they will call me back within 1 business day. I wanted to fix this now before they send my info to the credit bureau under false pretenses. I have done nothing wrong. THEY on the other hand have either computers in need of maintenance, incompetent staff or are way under staffed. THEY maybe part of the medical profession but customer service still applies to THEM.
