Rehab Medical of Nashville

I am a home health clinician who has been using this company over the past few years to acquire clients custom chairs per their needs. The first year they were great, this year has been terrible. Multiple clients with incorrect chairs delivered, no communication or training on chairs, absolutely no customer service after the chair is delivered. Most recently I have a client who needs a repair on a new chair and we have had no communication back over the past 3 MONTHS. They only care about the Medicare payout then dump you. I would absolutely not use this company again.

Terrible company. Worked with my Father promising a chair for over 3 months. Collected payment information, sent a statement, and said it was cleared with insurance over 3 weeks ago. It was a lie. Do not work with this company. Update: 2/2023 we where PROMISED money WOULD NOT come out of my Father's account as a chair has not and can not be delivered, and they STILL took money out of his account for a chair that has not EVER been delivered. He is on a VERY fixed income. He has had to switch his bank account to prevent further charges from this company. Again BEWARE! Do not give this company any information and go somewhere else for your medical needs!
