I have left multiple voicemails and emails over the last 10 days with not return phone call. Phillips recall program said that I need AeroCare help to program lifesaving settings for my CPAP machine. Looking to find a better solution

There is a reason they have the worst rating in the business. There equipment is not even set up right. They will waste all your time and money. Just a bunch of as*holes who don't care. Find another company!!!!

I received my CPAP machine and was told that I cant manually change the starting pressure only they can by doctors orders. This means that they will always have control of you cpap. If you look on YouTube you can change the pressure. I called today to try a new mask and was told no, that I didnt need to see if I like a different one. To much control, and lies. Didnt think this company could get any worse, the have been bought out and the new company is even more incompetent.

Been waiting on the oxygen my moms doctor ordered for her almost 2 weeks now. Call the office and all you get is the running around. Really sad company. We used them a few years ago and never had an issue. Its sad they treat patients this way now

I called to verify that someone would be at the 1811 Charlotte location before driving there. I arrived 80 minutes before closing time, and they had closed early for the day. This is the 2nd time Ive had trouble with them. The first issue was not being able to get info on the delays happening or info on my specific account. Not sure why any hospital or doctor would partner with this business. They seem disjointed in their approach and just try to market supplies to patients instead of providing actual service.
