Jacob and the team at Pro-Spect Home Inspection are fast and thorough. They were right on time and took detailed notes to advise on potential repairs and red flags in the home we were buying. They took photos to show us all findings and provided a lengthy report at the conclusion of the inspection. Very personable team and worth the call if you need an inspection on your home.

Two personable, knowledgable people for the price of one! Sean Hegarty and Jacob Mecham are phenomenal. I'm writing this review almost exactly one year after my inspection. I want you all to know that so far, these two wizards haven't been wrong about anything! They took the time to not only walk me, but my fiancé, and my soon to be father in-law also (seriously. It was my first home buying experience) through the ENTIRE home report! Which was long, detailed, well organized, easy to sort through and my copy was delivered quickly. They answered all of the questions that any of us could come up with, and genuinely seemed to care that I understood everything. They took my investment as seriously as though it were their own. I highly recommend Sean and Jacob both individually, and as a team. Their gentle explanations are friendly and easy to understand. I'm happy as a clam in my dream house knowing that the largest cash transfer, of my life so far, was spent wisely on a family home that will last. THANKS GUYS!!
