Elliott is amazing! We found him based off of other great reviews; we agree, he is professional, knowledgable, friendly, and trustworthy. We are first time homebuyers and had a lot of questions!! He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions; it is clear he is a very experienced inspector! He is honest and made us feel great about our new home! He has made himself available for more questions in the future, offered suggestions/advice on some of the issues that came up in our inspection, delivered a detailed but easy to read report, and was flexible with our appointment/ scheduling our Radon test. I highly recommend!

Knockout Home Inspections is the best in the biz!!! Quick and easy for scheduling and was on time for every appointment. Very knowledgeable on everything from building codes to roofing to hvac systems etc. Reporting was thorough and professional, couldnt ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Knockout Home Inspections and will only use them from this point forward.

As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the attention to detail and thorough inspection! Elliott breaks every little thing down to you so that its very easy for anyone to understand. Youll know exactly what youre buying! Hes also just very down to earth, and enjoyable to work with!
