Studio Indigo

I used to frequent this studio when I lived in Nashville and loved the atmosphere and highly trained teachers. I moved cross country but I kept up with following them on social media. I have been unable to find anything comparable in Los Angeles. Although the pandemic has been devastating, Studio Indigo quickly set up an online studio and I excitedly joined. Now I can work out remotely and its been the absolute best thing during this crazy time. The BarreAmped method is hands down the safest and simplest barre I have tried. Also results come quick. Trust the process and the method. Sometimes it feels like nothing is happening but the next day youll surely be feeling it. Listen to the verbal queues and focus on form, thats what gave me the best results. Love this place, so grateful for an online option!

When I first walked into Studio Indigo I immediately experienced calm. The atmosphere is calming, inspiring and healing. I have left feeling stronger and motivated to keep paying attention to my wellbeing after each class I have taken. The teachers are very attentive and you know they are excited to be there and truly love what they do! Very thankful to have them in East Nashville!!
