Music City Muscle Gym

I'm not from the area but was there for a sumo tournament. It's not a huge area but good enough. Even though there was a lot of people, their two restrooms were consistently clean and stocked. They also have a shower which many gyms this size do not have.

Great Gym....very knowledgeable trainers! I joined to build muscle, burn fat and work on my form. They have really helped me alot in just a short time. I highly recommend them!!

Good management and environment. Lots of experienced lifters who were friendly and welcoming. More equipment and lower price than essentially every other place in Nashville. Classes available but not required for gym usage.

Great gym. Awesome atmosphere. Came in from out of town and they were super welcoming and helpful. Also hit a 15lb PR here, so there must be something special in the air. Cheers

Great gym and a better community. The staff and other gym-goers are incredibly welcoming and encouraging. My wife and I have been working out at Music City Muscle for a few years now and in addition to feeling strong and healthy, we've developed true friendships. A co-benefit we didn't know we were looking for.
