I cancelled my membership for Takes 2 Fitness in May/April 2021. I attempted contacting them via email twice to process this cancellation without response, called, and was told my membership was cancelled effective immediately over the phone. Except it wasnt. I have been charged EVERY MONTH since then. I called and emailed them to get the account cancelled and the amount refunded, and I was told on the phone someone would call me the next day no one called. Ive literally never left a bad review of a business before, but at this point, I dont know what else to do. Ive lost $500 to this issue, and its STILL not resolved 11 months later. If someone could contact me immediately with next steps to resolve this, Id be more than happy to take this review down.
