    Wonderful staff and maintenance team. The amenities are clean and very nice. The community events and workout classes are fun. There has been multiple times when I went to work and they were handing out breakfast and coffee. Lastly, the nature and the environment is peaceful.

    It would require a 10 page document to define what our experience was like at Gazebo. Needless to say I saw this place through rose colored glasses when signing the lease. Theres enough 5 star reviews, right? Well, the experience at Gazebo is hit or miss enough that its NOT worth the gamble. I have heard way too many horror stories from neighbors, including negligence despite mold infestations, favoritism for certain tenants to let them bend rules while being strict and harassing others, my personal experience with LOTS of corporate niceties, and the lease is very very creatively worded. Its impossible to break your lease unless you pay thousands of dollars. Last but not least the communication here is HORRID. its like none of them talk to each other or have standard processes and policies. You hear something different from everyone. Fair warning: get everything in writing. I wouldnt be surprised if this place went out of business in the next 5 years. The veil is thinning. The customer service is plummeting. Its all about profit and not at all about the people (except Maintenance. Those guys are gems) Gazebo, dont waste your time responding with niceties or trying to rectify this. I gave you plenty of chances to do that while I was living there but I was just a number and/or youre drowning too much in the operations side of property management that you cant provide quality experiences. This is simply a warning for others to consider. Please do better. Your tenants are humans that deserve better.

    Absolute worst renters experience Ive had since moving to Nashville. Applied and paid for all the applications, fees, etc and if you dont get the consultant who is running your info, no one else will help you or answer questions for you. My consultant, Dana, drug her feet and just added more and more things until the rent quote changed to a price I could no longer afford. Was told I would get a refund for my app fee within and would take 1-2 weeks. Never received it so I called, and it changed to 30-60 days and will come via mail. Theyre just looking to take your money and if they offer a refund hope you just forget about it. Avoid this complex at all costs. literally.

Hi Whitney, thanks for taking the time to review us, as always we respond to reviews as it's a good business practice. We're sorry to hear your experience was less than ideal. The current team wasn't here the entire time during your residency so we're unable to address the concerns that we did not personally deal with but the interaction we had with you was in regards to personal items being left around several common areas that you were asked to remove. We do request that all residents keep their personal plants, patio items, etc on their own patio and do not disperse them around the community as it restricts the ability of our landscapers to complete their full scope. I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience to you but it is something we ask of and address with any resident who violates that policy. In regards to breaking your lease, we do offer that option if you choose to do that or need to do that; with any business that a contract is broken with, there are fees associated with that process. We're happy to hear you were happy with maintenance, we are very lucky to have a great team and are thankful for their hard work. We're glad you called Gazebo home for almost two years and wish you luck in your current place!
