    West end and knox auto are the worst places to try and get used parts.there prices are outrageous and will not sell parts off of motors such as dipstick, sensors or anything like that. Please go out of business and get a real junk yard with decent prices.

    Called them looking for a trim part in a certain popular vehicle and first asked them if they had this vehicle and year range and he cut me off asking what part I was looking for so I told him and the he rudely told me "we dont have that" Im guessing that my plastic parts was not $$ enough to deal with me. Hate to tell him that the part I needed was pretty pricey at the dealer and he could have done well even at half price. His Loss!

    Their prices are marked up about 180% from other salvage yards, so shop around before you buy. They claim you get your part in 24hrs, but expect it 4-5 days later. The item that I did purchase here arrived in good condition and I was pleased with its quality. The only reason I bought here was because I needed the part quickly, which did not pan out for me.

    Called in the day before this review to check on a part that was needed for my car right away. Going out of town for work in 2 days. After looking up the part on a national locator, I gave them a call and spoke with John. I ordered the part and asked him to pull it that I would be in the next morning by 8:30. He stated, " We don't pull the parts prior to pick up, but here is your hold number for that part, we do have it". I drove from Gatlinburg the next morning, an hour and a half drive, and upon arrival, the rep at the counter looked for 10 minutes, came back and said that they didn't have the part. I then gave him the hold number that John gave me, he went back and said, "We don't have the part, I apologize". I then asked to speak with John, who came out from a back office. He said, "The part isn't here, I apologize". Really.... I drive a total of 3 hours round trip to pick it up and waste a 1/3 of a tank of fuel, and all I get is, Sorry........ How about you check to make sure the part is there before you let someone waste their time. I ended up ordering the part online, paying $20 more and paying a $40 next day shipping fee. Perhaps I'll send you a bill for the cost of fuel and the extra $$ I had to pay for the part. "I apologize guys, that's the way we do business" Steer clear of this place. Order your parts from LKQ online, at least they can guarantee the part is there when you order it!!!!!
