Well, I bought a transmission paid a $1550 core came back to get my core a week later and they tell me they dont have cash on hand. I gave them cash but they cant give me cash back said they could mail me a check that would take 10 days, or put it back on the card that I didnt even use To do the purchase I have never seen a savage yard this big not be able to write you a check on hand or give you cash back if they are going to charge a core of $1550 they should carry that much cash in the office and said their bank is in Kansas City they cant go to the bank and get it. Do they not make daily deposits or weekly deposits I guess they drive to Kansas City every time Ive never had a problem with the parts theyve always been good. Theyve always honored their warranty, but the core have always been a problem.

Called to try and get a part and all the guy would say it's you can pick it up on Wednesday . He would not answer anything else. Extremely rude
