Pricing - 5/5 Cleanliness - 4/5 Comfort - 2.5/5 (bed is not that great and shower is awkward and takes awhile for hot water) Contactless entry - no issues Walking distance to downtown - 15 mins Walking distance to trolly stop - 1 min. No issues aside from a stink bug on the window the second night (stayed total of 3 nights) Would stay again. Summary: very reasonable accommodation for the price

DONT stay in 107. I really wanted to love this place but I dont. When we first got here it look good, the room was clean and smelt good, everything was going great until 11pm when our above neighbor begin to shower.. it completely flooded the bathroom, it was pouring through the celling fan. I dont know if there a leak in their drain, but we had to have buckets and constantly be dumping and Ive as seeping through the floor/walls into the bedroom as well. It only stopped when the people above stopped showering. The room service never came so all of our towels went to be used on the floor so all weekend we couldnt shower. Maybe I had a wrong number but the line they texted me with and the email/contact us I sent was never answered. If it pour in the bathroom and room service came, and they answered it might have been higher. I would never stay here again and possibly get another room like this, not relaxing, not worth the $305 for two nights (with tax).

Well located, fairly clean hotel. The rooms are kind of dated and simple. Not so quiet as a very busy street runs along the front of the hotel. All in all the decent night stay as we took our route 66 trip. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 More

Do not say here there is no hot water and we where there for 2 night with no water and they r not going to give me back all my money u say in 204 plz don't say at this holte
